For conduct assessment, the interested party (not a third person) may address any complaint based on alleged breaches, by writing, with facts, dates and evidence (document copies, photos), in Portuguese, before the Deontology Council of the specific lawyer’s office area, under our Statute laid in Law 145/2015 of September 9th.

Hereunder you may access all needed contact information regarding addresses and telephone numbers/e-mails of the competent Deontology Council (seven according to the district). For instance, if you considered to complain about a lawyer from Lisbon, you need to contact the Deontology Council of Lisbon.
